Apex implements ongoing communication with all staff of the company, sensitizing them about the responsibilities that must be taken with the populations located in the area, making them participants in community relations strategies.
APEX Communication strategies are developed with total transparency in regards to access of information and implementing communication systems for the population, proposed in this regard-
• We develop communication plans that adequately convey the scope of the activities of the Project and its relation to its socio economic impact.
• We ensure that the topics identified as generating potential conflicts are understood, processed and communicated properly.
• We conduct informational workshops and regular meetings with stakeholders and the local population in general, to discuss issues related to; probable compensation, employment contracts, environmental monitoring, supporting local initiatives, among others. We address current events and potential environmental issues that might occur during the construction and operation of the Project.
